Original Paintings

Do you accept commissions?
At the moment, Rochelle is accepting commissions but please email her on rochellucey@gmail.com to confirm lead times.

Are there any original paintings available for purchase?
Any currently available original paintings can be found under the ‘Available Work’ section on Rochelle’s website.

Why are there no originals listed for sale?
If you don’t see any available originals, it means they’ve all sold. New work is always in progress—sign up to the mailing list to be notified when new pieces are released, and follow @rochelleluceyart on Instagram for sneak peeks.

Can I visit your studio?
Studio visits are not available at this time, but Rochelle shares plenty of behind-the-scenes content and works in progress on Instagram.

I missed out on your last collection—how can I stay informed?
Join the mailing list to be the first to hear when new collections go live. Instagram is also a great place to keep up with upcoming releases.

What medium do you use?
Rochelle works primarily with watercolour for commissions and acrylics and mixed media on canvas for her own work. .

Shipping and Returns

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide!

How much is shipping?
Shipping is €8 within Ireland. International rates: €17 for prints, €25 for original paintings within Ireland, and €40 internationally.

How are items shipped?
Originals are securely packed in custom boxes; oversized paintings are rolled. All prints are shipped in strong cardboard tubes.

When will I receive my order?
Orders ship within 3–5 business days. Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days. You’ll receive tracking info once shipped.

Will I pay customs or duty?
Any customs or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Please consult your local authority for more info.

What if my order is lost or damaged?
We’ll offer a replacement or full refund if your order is lost or arrives damaged. See our Shipping & Returns policy for more.

Can I return my purchase?
Yes! If your artwork doesn’t suit or you change your mind, you can return it for a full refund. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns policy for details.
